My name is Shannon Redmon. I am currently working as a teacher in St. Johnsbury, VT where 75% of the students live under the poverty line. The students’ families do not have the means to provide their children with many of their basic needs. Many of the kids come to school wearing the same clothes every day and are especially unprepared for the cold months of winter. I’m asking you to help these kids by donating new or gently used clothing. The school I work at has grades Pre K-8, so any clothes that would fit a child in that range would be able to be used. I know that these kids would greatly appreciate any help that you could give.
